1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched from our facility.

Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CST) will start processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Time

We offer reliable standard delivery for all our women's apparel collections.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–2 Days) + Transit Time (5–8 Days). Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your clothing order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

Tracking details usually activate within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

4. Address Changes & Cancellation

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@manluxe.shop.

Once an order enters the processing stage or has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please inspect your delivery area, check with neighbors, or contact the shipping carrier.

If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@manluxe.shop with your order number so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
